1. Machine body is high strength designed and treated with antirust coating.
2. Besides heatproof wires of the IR heater without any wire, motor and bearing inside the oven to keep long life of all
the components. It’s also easy for maintenance.
3. With top quality double insulation to ensure no heat leaks out.
4. The structure of the interior is constructed by 304# stainless steel sheets. The external is constructed by SS41# high grade
steel plates.
5. Equip PID controller.
6. SCR regulator to control the constant temperature with tolerance ±2℃. (optional)
7. Equip exhaust motor.
8. The heat module separate from cooling module.
9. Individual conveyor for each hot and cooling section to ensure no heat enters the cooling section.
10. Upper covers are automatically lifted by gas filled cylinders.
11. Operation panel: power switch, IR lamp switch (for each module), Amp meter (for each module), over temperature buzzer,
emergency stop switch, warning lamp.
