Colorful HMI touch panel:
The digital touch panel system enables to save multi printing parameters, with varies functions to fulfill the requirement of digitization and standardization and reduce the set-up time to increase the capacity.
Printing head:
The printing head is driven by servo motor + precise linear rail and maintaining free timing belt. Equip functions of printing/coating speed adjustment, continuous repeated printing, squeegee/coater angle adjustment, constant printing pressure setting and non-ink dropping.
Foolproof optical sensor for substrate registration:
Equip registration pins with foolproof optical sensors to prevent the wrong printing which caused by the operator for reducing the rejection rate and increase the yield rate.
Safety protection:
Equip safety net, safety bar and emergency stop switch.
